Sincere congratulations on securing one of the most exciting scientific conferences on robotics for Sydney, Australia. We are very appreciative of the opportunity to showcase our expertise and would love to partner with you. Our time working with members of some of your Committee on IEEE ICRA 2018 has long been considered a corporate highlight, both for the professional learning and collaborative environment. The trust placed in us to perform is a lasting memory.

Since 2018, ICMSA has grown from strength-to-strength, expanding our team, opening a new office in Christchurch, and soon one in Auckland in mid-2026.  This year our company celebrates 60 years of conference management.  A testament of our longevity is our ability to innovate. Our reputation as an industry trail blazer is one I am extremely proud of, and this could not be achieved without the exceptional ICMSA team and our clients. Like your sector, the ability to boost outcomes through technology to solve complex problems aligns us in many ways.

ICMSA has worked with the IEEE for more than 12 years and over the last decade has delivered more than 20 IEEE events.  In late 2025, we were appointed by the IEEE HQ to a rollover five year contract to deliver events in Australasia.  We are the only company in the Southern Hemisphere to hold this prestigious honour.  It means we provide a deep and practical understanding of the required IEEE governance, especially in regard to Program management and financial frameworks.
